The backrest of this weight bench is adjustable in multiple positions. You can position the bench flat, upwards or downwards. This gives you multiple options for bench presses.

Leg module
You can use the Leg Module in two ways. You can do the Seated Leg Extension to target the quadriceps. Make it heavier by hanging a 30mm weight plate on the pins of this module. You can also target the hamstrings/glutes in addition to the quadriceps. To do this, use the top roller and lie prone on the couch. This is how you do the Lying Leg Curl.
